We recommend having a back up plan depending on weather forecasts. A covered area as an alternative will ensure a smooth celebration regardless of the weather conditions.
Deposits are non-refundable due to initial planning and reserved resources. If you must cancel your event set up, your initial deposit may be reallocated to another date and time, based on availability, up to two times. Any cancellations up to 72 hours before the event are subject to additional material costs if you wish to reschedule.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your date and allows us to begin planning. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event.
Bash is based out of Fort Myers, Florida and serves the greater Southwest Florida area including all of Lee County, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Naples.
Prior arrangements must be made at the time of the booking. Additional fees may apply depending on the setup.
We do! Installation and delivery fees are calculated on top of the order. We have a minimum $25 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee if further than 12 miles roundtrip is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (Moody River Estates) to your event at $2 per mile.
For custom balloon installations, corporate events, and popular party packages, we require an installation fee calculated as 20% your order subtotal.
We will try our best to accommodate your event. Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited to the balloons we have in stock. Your balloon order total will be due up front.
One of a kind balloon creations take a lot of time to design and prepare. The more time the better! We strongly encourage you booking as soon as you know the date of the event to ensure availability to allow time for product order and delivery.
For custom balloon installations, corporate events, and popular party packages, we recommend 2-4 months in advance to secure your date.

Bash Party Co. made my daughter's birthday party soooo magical, I can't recommend them enough!! We asked for a mermaid themed backdrop with balloon garlands, kid's table and chairs set up, and helium bouquets for the food table. Everything was beyond perfect!
